Church Assessment questionnaire

This assessment will help you identify the level and the culture of multiplication in your church according to ten different areas.

There are 5 levels of churches:

Level 1 churches decline
Level 2 churches plateau
Level 3 churches grow through adding people
Level 4 churches reproduce through planting daughter churches
Level 5 churches multiply through planting daughter churches that plant daughter churches that plant daughter churches

At Exponential Europe, we believe in Level 4 and Level 5 churches.
We want to resource and encourage churches to take the next step to become a Level 4 or 5 church.
This questionnaire will help you to define the level of your church.
